Soul Survivor is a separate charity from the church Soul Survivor Watford but we are very closely linked to each other and both were begun by Mike in 1993.
Mike’s passion to reach young people with the gospel led him to meet up with a small group of like-minded people in a front-room in Watford and somehow over the next few years a church was born. Now the church meets at two warehouses on a Sunday and has over a thousand members. It runs up to four services on a Sunday, has planted a number of congregations in the surrounding areas, and runs outreach programmes in the local community.
The Soul Survivor offices are just round the corner from the Soul Survivor Watford warehouses and so we run a number of our events in those buildings. Mike is still the Director of Soul Survivor and Senior Pastor of Soul Survivor Watford, plus many members of the Soul Survivor team are part of the church family too.
