Equal is a one-day conference exploring the theology and practice of women in leadership. For the first time we’re inviting the guys to come and join the girls so we can explore the issues around gender equality in church leadership together.

During Soul Survivor 2010 Bishop Graham Cray who is Team Leader of Fresh Expressions and the Archbishops' Missioner as well as Chair of the Soul Survivor Trust gave a talk on gender and leadership. You can download it here for free if you fancy!
