Andy Croft

Andy is Associate Director of Soul Survivor and one of the pastors at Soul Survivor Watford. He studied Theology at Cambridge Uni (so is very clever), has written a book and does a fair bit of speaking too. He also heads up ‘Soul 61’, the Soul Survivor course for emerging leaders and is married to our very own Beth!

Mike Pilavachi

Mike keeps himself busy by competing with his friends over anything from a game of tennis to who has the most friends on Facebook or who can eat the most chillies. Oh yeah and he set up this thing called Soul Survivor, pastors a church called Soul Survivor Watford, speaks at churches and events around the world and writes books.



ali martin

Ali is on the leadership team at Soul Survivor and Soul Survivor Watford. She is passionate about helping people be the best communicators they can be and is this year hosting our Bite Size stream that will be introducing some brilliant new speakers to you. Ali is married to Aussie Joel and they have two children - Will & Esther.

Beth Croft heads up worship at Soul Survivor and our associated church Soul Survivor Watford. She has been leading worship at our events for a number of years and has written songs including "Arms of grace" and "Kingdom come". Her very first album comes out while we're at Week A so get your hands on a copy in the ToolShed! Beth is passionate about the local church and equipping young worship leaders. She is married to Andy who is one of our event hosts.


tom smith

Tom heads up the worship team at Holy Trinity Brompton in the heart of London and is part of Worship Central which is led by Tim Hughes. Tom is married to Susi and his songs include ‘Let It Be Known’ & 'Awesome Is He’.
